Stephanie Pepper (e-manage|ONE)

Hi, I’m Stephanie 👋I’ve been part of the e-manage|ONE family for almost nine years, but my journey in the commercial office furniture world started long before that—working for a Texas-based dealer where I learned the ins and outs of day-to-day operations. That experience sparked my passion for solving business challenges with technology, which eventually led me here.

As Director of Operations & Customer Experience, I spend my days working closely with our amazing customers, helping them streamline their processes, overcome roadblocks, and get the most out of e-manage|ONE. I love seeing the “lightbulb moments” when a workflow clicks or a new feature saves hours of time.

Outside of work, I travel full-time with my husband, daughter and german shepherd furr baby in our converted school bus to home on wheels 🚐—exploring new places, balancing work and adventure, and creating lasting memories!
