e-manage|ONE’s Document Management stores all types of documents (emails, CAD files, PDFs, etc.) linked to projects, companies, contacts, and service tickets.
Documents can’t be deleted but can be marked as current or outdated to maintain history.
You can preview files without opening them, and versions are automatically saved.
The built-in file server lets you access documents from anywhere, and Temporary documents can be shared and later attached to records.
The Estimating module in e-manage|ONE allows quick and accurate estimates with many options.
It includes a built-in parts catalog, where parts can have pictures and be linked to related parts that autopopulate in estimates.
Parts can also automatically add and calculate prices for other items. You can create multiple estimate options with custom descriptions and pictures.
If you have projects that require a quick turnaround, you could use the Quick Quote function in e-manage|ONE. It allows you to start a project and create a price quote in one window at once. You can also book it and process an order at the same time.
All the functionality in the estimating module is available so you can import pricing files, use auto parts, associated parts, and inventory items.e-manage|ONE includes a detailed Service Agreement Module to manage products requiring ongoing preventative maintenance and help you generate untapped revenue in your business.
The service department has its own calendar to schedule service technicians.

The Time and Materials Budget Tracking is for companies that bill customers for the time spent, and the materials used, and bills the customer at regular intervals for work performed.
